Our order guide runs well beyond what's listed here. If you don't see something, ask. If it's available, we can usually get it.
Fruit
Apples, bananas, berries, grapes, citrus, melons, pineapple, peaches and avocados, by the case, the dozen or the pound.
Vegetables
Lettuce and leafy greens, tomatoes, peppers, onions, potatoes, carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, squash, cucumbers, mushrooms, asparagus, green beans and more.
Fresh herbs & specialty
Basil, cilantro, parsley, rosemary, thyme, mint, dill, sage and chives, plus items like leeks, fennel, shallots and ginger root.
Fresh-cut & value-added
Shredded and chopped lettuce, romaine and cabbage, tossed salad mixes, spring mix, shredded carrots, broccoli florets, peeled garlic and shallots. Prep work done before it reaches your kitchen.
Cheese
American, cheddar, provolone, Swiss, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, parmesan, feta, blue cheese and cream cheese, in blocks, slices, shreds and crumbles.
Dairy & eggs
Butter, heavy cream, half and half and sour cream, plus loose eggs by the dozen in medium, large and extra large.
Snack packs & portioned fruit
Individually packaged fruit and snack items, sized for school service, grab-and-go and anywhere portion control matters.
Local & seasonal
Local peppers, grape tomatoes and sweet corn as the season allows, flagged on your order guide so you know what's local.

Case breaking, all-in pricing
Order what you'll actually use. We break cases, and pricing is all-in per item. There's no separate delivery fee stacked on top.
Six-day delivery
Six days a week across Southwest Virginia, with same-day service in Roanoke. Refrigerated trucks, our drivers, our name on the side.
